"My 2005 Volvo broke down on Thanksgiving day while I was in town visiting family. Ryan spent the weekend tracking down a part so that he could get me back on the road as soon as possible. He actually drove an hour away to pick it up so that I didn't have to wait to have it shipped. The part wasn't cheap (they never are) but the labor costs were right in line (actually a lot less than I expected considering the holiday weekend). Through it all, he was extremely courteous and explained everything thoroughly without talking down to me. He definitely made a stressful experience a lot easier. We made it home safely and my car is running beautifully. Thank you!!!!!"
